How do I request a custom order?
Use our custom-order request form to share your idea, quantity, and deadline. We will confirm availability and send a quote before payment.
How do payments work?
Custom orders are paid through a Square invoice after the quote is confirmed. Ready-to-buy products use Square at checkout when available in the shop.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Free local pickup is available by appointment in Grand Prairie, Texas. Pickup details are provided when your order is ready.
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship within the United States. Shipping is $6 for 1–2 items and $10 for 3–5 items. Orders of 6 or more items require a shipping quote before payment.
How long will a custom order take?
Timing depends on the design and quantity. Include your deadline in your request so we can confirm whether we can meet it before you pay.
Can I ask for something that is not listed?
Absolutely. Send us your idea through the custom-order form. We will let you know what is possible and provide a quote.
